We are working through the distribution of our video, which we hope to make available as soon as possible. According to representatives from the UUA, a single DVD containing all four video presentations from 2008 will be distributed to all UU congregations. Additional copies will be available at the UUA and at the district offices. For immediate needs, please contact Star Muir at smuir@gmu.edu.

It is always our intention at BRUU to have services every Sunday, but it is important for all of us to consider our own safety in regard to travel conditions during inclement weather. The President, in consultation with the chair of the Worship Committee, the minister, and others as appropriate, will make the decision whether to cancel Sunday services no later than 8:00 AM Sunday morning. Ideally, the decision will be distributed by 10:00 PM on Saturday night, so everyone can arrange schedules accordingly.

Information about event cancellation and closing BRUU buildings will be distributed using several means.

The leader for any small group meeting (on any day of the week, including Sunday afternoon) is responsible for determining whether the meeting should be canceled. People planning to attend the meeting should call the point of contact, as listed on the online calendar, to determine whether the meeting will be canceled.
