For our celebration of Easter this year, we are going to be engaging in activities that contribute to resurrecting our natural ecosystems. Following a short opening program in the sanctuary, those who would like to go to Merrimac Farm Wildlife Management Area, part of the Prince William Conservation Alliance, in Nokesville to plant native bushes will do that while those who remain at BRUU will make “seed bombs.”

There will be a special collection for UU Ministry for Earth (https://www.uumfe.org/), a UU affiliate organization which has the following mission and vision: being “a seedbed for spiritual grounding and education that inspires deep practices of Earth care, justice and flourishing for all” and visioning “a world in which reverence, gratitude, and care for each other and for the living Earth are central to the lives of all people.”
