The UUA’s General Assembly Sunday worship service is the largest annual gathering of UUs joining in worship. Held on June 23rd at the Spokane Convention Center, this morning we watch this powerful, communal worship experience. The Rev. Marta I. Valentín, minister with the Unitarian Universalist Church of Medford, MA, delivers the sermon. Each year a talented group of choral singers perform at the Sunday Morning Worship for the General Assembly audience.
Description from the GA Program Guide: “After exploring el poder de nosotros/the power of we, what are we ready to do/¿que estamos listo para hacer? Let’s not be servants of the past in new cups. Let’s all get free by planting faithful seeds of change and together turn to free the faith we love.”
