An in-between space is a liminal space. It’s often filled with anxiety as we wait for information, decisions, or an event. If done well, a liminal space is a time of growth as we transition and mature into a vision of something or someone we had only dared to dream about. How does a community focus, stay balanced and self aware during a time of transition between ministers? How do we create that dream found in our hearts?
