BRUU has a certified commercial kitchen but no paid kitchen staff. The Kitchen Krewe is a group of volunteers who manage coffee hour after Sunday Services, and other kitchen activities. The head of the Krewe is the Head Elf, because the kitchen is (s)elf-cleaning.
